Basic Handyman Monthly Subscription Service

Don't have any junk you need hauled away right now? You can subscribe to our basic handyman monthly subscription services and save big money. This is a monthly handyman service and includes (but not limited to) the following handyman services: 

• Light bulb changing. Can't climb up on the ladder to change your light bulbs? We will do that for you. 
  
• Smoke alarm battery change. Can't climb up there to change your chirping smoke alarm batteries? We will do that for you. 
  
• Leaky faucets? Save the plumber service call fee. We can fix that for you. (parts not included)
• Dirty garage? We will clean that for you. 
  
• Furnace filter changes. We will check and change or clean your furnace filters for you. (Filters not included)
• Irrigation system malfunctioning? We can check and fix that for you. (Parts not included)
• Garage door issues? Save yourself a service call fee. Garage door parts get very dry here in AZ. We will check and grease your garage doors on a monthly or as needed basis. Broken springs? We can fix that for you. (Parts not included)
• Cardboard removal. Ordering a lot of things online and the cardboard boxes are piling up? We will remove those for you with your monthly subscription. 
  
• Dishwasher not working? Save yourself the appliance repair service call fee. We will check it and repair it for you. (Parts not included).

The above items are included in your monthly subscription. 

• Other services as needed/discussed - ala carte/additional - such as Snowbird winterizing, golf cart maintenance, window cleaning, or other handyman services not listed here as they arise.
